In our injection molding processing, whether it is mold debugging or said that has been officially produced is the need for mold control, to ensure the normal production and the quality of the mold, then what are the points of mold control.

A: the quality of plastic parts need to control

If the tolerance specified in the part scale is exceeded, we need to make reasonable modifications to the part beyond the tolerance in time. The quality of appearance is to prevent the obvious shortcomings such as burrs, cracking and peeling of the parts through process technology. When the process technology is difficult to solve, the mold can be repaired to improve the surface quality of the parts, and the surface of the mold can also be treated to further improve the hardness.

The molding and quality of the parts are largely affected by the speed of the press. When the press selects a low speed in the drawing process, the moldability of the parts will be better. If you want to improve the production power, you must increase the speed of the press. However, the increase in speed will increase the probability of cracking of the parts, so the staff should control the speed of the press well.
